Physical, Psychosocial, Occupational Problems and Protection Behaviors Experienced by Pre-Hospital Emergency Healthcare Professionals During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Aim: COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the most critical health problems 21st century. Healthcare workers undoubtedly fulfil crucial task combating this problem all over world. This study was carried out to determine experiences pre-hospital emergency healthcare during process. Material and Method: descriptive cross-sectional conducted on 204 working in Kayseri province, Turkey's services. Results: 50.5% participants were women, 69.1% married, average age 31.7 ± 5.8. 45.6% them as an Emergency Medical Technician, 85.8% university graduates. 99.0% state that workload had increased 42.2% a coronavirus test 27.9% those who positive result. During process, 14.7% separated from their families, which adversely affected 90.0% psychologically. While it appears used personal protective equipment increase 98.5% wearing mask. 70.6% stated violence against 63.7% indicated they experienced period. Conclusions: increased. As society, support should be given combat by following precautions due devoted work.
